Softrine LLC ("Softrine", "we", "us") operates softrine.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. Information you give us directly: your name, email address, company details and project information when you contact us, book a call or start a project. Basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) collected through standard analytics.
How we use it. To respond to your requests, deliver our services, send project updates, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing. We share data only with service providers needed to operate our business (hosting, payments, email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention & your rights. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@softrine.com.
Refund Policy
Before work begins. If you cancel a project before we start work, any deposit paid is refunded in full within 14 business days.
During a project. If you cancel after work has started, we refund the unused portion of your payment, less the value of work already completed and delivered, calculated against the approved project scope.
Delivered work. Payments for milestones that have been delivered and approved are non-refundable. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no additional cost.
How to request a refund. Email contact@softrine.com with your project reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Payments. Projects are invoiced per the agreed schedule. Work begins upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Late payments may pause ongoing work.
Intellectual property. Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. Softrine retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Website content, the Softrine name, logo and mascot remain the property of Softrine LLC.
Liability. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amounts paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
